Enterprise IAM Expertise.
Without the Enterprise Overhead.
Built by a practitioner who spent years inside the infrastructure — not a consultant who studied it from the outside.
I Built This Because I Lived the Problem
Teconnected Solutions was founded after years of watching mid-market organizations struggle with identity sprawl, access control gaps, and compliance audits they weren't ready for — while the tools to fix it were locked behind six-figure enterprise contracts they couldn't justify.
For the past 7+ years, I've worked in and around enterprise IT — most recently as lead systems administrator at a NASDAQ-listed healthtech company, where I managed identity infrastructure for 900+ employees across Microsoft Entra ID, JAMF Pro, Intune, and Azure. That meant building Conditional Access policies from scratch, automating Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows with PowerShell and Graph API, running quarterly SOX ITGC access reviews, and presenting audit evidence to external auditors.
I've done this inside organizations — not just advised on it from the outside. I know what audit-ready actually looks like, what breaks at 500 users that worked fine at 50, and what a $150k GRC platform does that I can replicate for a fraction of the cost with the right architecture.
Teconnected is early-stage and intentionally honest about that. I'm not pretending to have a 50-person team. What I do have is real depth, real credentials, and a clear focus: helping organizations in the 50–500 employee range get the IAM and compliance program they need to grow, pass audits, and stop worrying about identity risk.
The Work Behind the Practice
Seven years isn't time spent reading documentation. It's time spent inside the environments — building, breaking, fixing, and auditing.
Enterprise Identity Management
Led IAM operations for a 900+ user organization on Microsoft Entra ID — RBAC design, Conditional Access architecture, SSO/SCIM integrations, PIM rollout, and automated lifecycle management via PowerShell and Graph API.
Device Management at Scale
Managed macOS, iOS, and Windows fleets using JAMF Pro and Microsoft Intune — zero-touch enrollment via ABM/Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment, and endpoint security baselines.
Compliance & Audit Operations
Ran SOX ITGC access reviews, generated audit evidence packages, and coordinated with external auditors at a public company. Built the controls, ran the reviews, and defended the documentation — not just advised on it.
Automation & Engineering
Built production PowerShell and Python automation for user provisioning, access reporting, and compliance evidence collection. Reduced 40-hour manual audit prep cycles to hours — and documented the process so it could be repeated.
Education & Certifications
BS in Management Information Systems, Magna Cum Laude — Montclair State University. JAMF Certified Associate. Currently pursuing SC-300 (Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator) and CISSP.
Technology Stack
Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune, JAMF Pro, PowerShell, Python, Graph API, SharePoint, AWS IAM, Okta, MDR/EDR/SIEM platforms. PHP and SQL for building the compliance tooling clients actually use.
A Few Things Worth Knowing Upfront
I'd rather set realistic expectations than oversell and underdeliver.
You Work Directly With Me
There's no team to hand you off to. When you reach out, you get me — the engineer who understands your environment, not a tier-1 support rep reading from a script.
I've Run This Infrastructure
I'm not advising on IAM from whitepapers. I've built Conditional Access policies at 3am before an audit, debugged SCIM provisioning failures, and explained access review findings to CFOs. That context changes the quality of the advice.
Early Stage, Real Credentials
Teconnected is a new practice — I won't pretend otherwise. The experience behind it isn't. If you want to be an early client with a direct line to the founder, now is the time.
Fixed Scope, Honest Pricing
Engagements are scoped before they start. You'll know the deliverables, the timeline, and the cost before anything is signed. No change-order surprises.
Compliance-First by Default
Every recommendation is made with auditability in mind. If I configure something, there's evidence it was configured. That's not an add-on — it's how I work.
Focused on One Thing
IAM, identity governance, and the compliance programs that wrap around them. I'm not trying to be a general MSP. Narrow focus means deeper capability in the area you actually need.
Miguel Llauger
I'm a systems administrator turned IAM consultant based in the NYC/NJ metro area. For the past seven-plus years I've been building, securing, and automating identity infrastructure inside enterprise environments — most recently as lead sysadmin at a NASDAQ-listed healthtech company where I owned Entra ID, JAMF Pro, Intune, and the SOX ITGC access review program for 900+ employees.
I started Teconnected because I kept seeing the same gap: organizations that needed real IAM governance but couldn't afford a $150k/year GRC platform or a six-figure consultant retainer. The tools to fix their problems exist. The expertise to deploy them properly is rarer — and almost always locked up inside larger firms.
I hold a BS in Management Information Systems (Magna Cum Laude, Montclair State University), a JAMF Certified Associate credential, and I'm actively working toward SC-300 and CISSP. I take the cert roadmap seriously because the landscape changes fast — and my clients need someone who's keeping up with it.
